The firm is established to provide cutting edge and internationally standardized advice to businesses across Africa and indeed the world at large. We start from Nigeria and will extend across the border of Nigeria.

We are passionate about the development of Africa, and we strongly believe that no outsider can solve our internal problems. The more we look up to outsiders to solve our problems, the more we delay our growth and development as a continent.
The strength of the continent depends on the development of its medium and small scale companies. As many numbers of these companies mature and expand, more job opportunities are created, and the economy is boosted. Africa does not have enough corporate organizations to sustain its growing population. We are passionately committed to helping businesses grow. We are focused on the development of both small and medium scale enterprises as well as supporting large organization.

We provide support to new businesses from start-up to maturity through our business incubation service. We also help businesses identify early red flags that could potentially harm the growth and existence of otherwise successful corporations. For organizations that want to grow through merger and acquisition, we provide support from "target identification" to "deal-closing". We are also interested in resuscitating ailing companies.

Adekunle Elumaro is a first-class graduate of Accounting from the University of Ado Ekiti in Ekiti State, he also holds a master’s degree in Management from Nile University of Nigeria, Abuja and he is currently rounding off further studies from the same university.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration (FICA), and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI). He is a level 3 Candidate of Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) Institute.

Mr. Elumaro started his professional career with Ernest & Young in 2001, where he had both tax and audit experience before joining Nestle Nigeria Plc and Neptune Software Plc, where he gained both financial accounting and information technology experiences respectively. Click Here for Details
